Very good service in a timely fashion from FAS.  The tool worked great for one blind that needed re-connecting to the controller.  I think the other blind may have another issue.  Not the fault of this little Reset Tool.

FAS were terrific in their service as well as inventory. They had what I needed and shipped same day I ordered. My only grip is the cost of shipping. I live in the same town and twice it cost more than $10 to ship me some wires to me.

The shipping charges for this product was extremely expensive. In fact, the shipping almost matched the cost for the tool. Ridiculous!
Not even sure if the tool works. Did not use it.
