I was very pleased with the service from Somfy. Andy responded to my on-line enquiry using their Ã¢â‚¬Å“contact usÃ¢â‚¬Â link. On other websites there is too often no response when that link is used. Andy continued to follow up to see if I got the part I needed. He provided other resources until I did. Excellent service.
