I've called somfy 4 times for help, my internet provider 2 times and my router company 2 times for help. It doesn't work- at all- not on hot spot or my internet. Somfy said to send it back to Florida automative for an exchange/warrenty and the guy that answers the phone is rude saying it's operator error. He said he has to have the name of the tech I talked to at somfy. Your product doesn't work. This is ridiculous- I should be able to return based off the fact it does not work. Period.
