We purchased a home last winter with a nice retractable awning. As summer approached, we began to use the awning and accidentally left the remote outside in the rain.  When I called Maryann, she sent me the link to order a replacement remote, and then she helped me link the new remote to the existing awning once it arrived. She was an awesome helper!

Kudos to Mary Ann. When having trouble, I came across FAS because my awning has a Somfy motor. Mary Ann was extraordinarily helpful. She helped me get the awning functioning again. Then I realized my old remote was failing and got her advice on a new one, and her help in synching the new remote with my older awning. She is a treasure and made my experience totally pleasant and successful. Thank you, Mary Ann.

Called my awning installer in NC and was quoted around $300 for this unit replacement.  Found FAS online for around $50,  ordered received in 2 days, no problem, no hassle.

Every associate I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful.  Saved over $200 dollars not having to pay for service call by American Awning.  Directions were simply and easy.  For once it was a pleasure to deal with a customer service dept  that was quick and efficient

Great replacement wind send sensor for RV"S. Tree branches break the sensor and FAS is the only place to get the correct unit. Great customer service
