Somfy Sonesse 404S2 WT 120v 4-Wire Round Head Motor with unit weight 2 lbs. Will install in a 2" tube application, or a 40mm octagonal tube, crown, and drive set are required for new installations and are sold separately. Somfy Sonesse 40 WT Motor is a wired motor for all Interior Solar screens and Blinds, Exterior Solar Screens, Projection Screens. A Somfy 120v momentary or maintained wall switch is required to operate the motor. Double-insulated for safety. Interchangeable power cords, or a quick connector with extension options, provide multiple power cord lengths to meet installation demands.

I am writing regarding my purchase of a Somfy Motor on August 20.

A week after placing the order, I received a package containing only plastic parts—the motor itself was missing. I called immediately and spoke with a representative who confirmed that the motor had been accidentally shipped to a different location.

It has now been a week since that call, and I still have not received the motor. Subsequent follow-up calls and emails have gone completely unanswered. While my credit card account was charged immediately, the order remains unfulfilled.

Please provide an immediate update on the status of my order and a tracking number for the missing motor. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 2 business days, I will proceed with canceling the order and disputing the full charge through my credit card company.
