This product did not work and after emailing several times and having zero response I gave up. Your customer service is absolutely terrible.

Getting credit for item not received	Friday, August 15, 2025
Reviewer: Catherine Howard from New Orleans, LA United States

I ordered two cords but only received one. I called the company on August 15th and I will be getting a credit for the item that I did not receive. Thank you.
The cord I did receive is fine.
