Replacement Roller Shade Motor September 28, 2025 Reviewer: Trent Wetherbee from Spokane Valley, WA United States   I bought a Bali motorized shade from Lowe’s about 5years ago and it died recently. The people at Lowe’s were completely useless in helping find a replacement or if it could even be replaced. The Florida Automated Shade website was very helpful and I was able to order parts and have them shipped across the country in a few days! Would highly recommend!!! Was this review helpful to you?

Terrific Company for Somfy Parts June 30, 2024 Reviewer: PJK 3256 from Largo, FL United States   This is a great resource for Somfy motors and parts.  Doug, the owner, is very knowledgeable about replacement parts for old motors that have been discontinued. Motor missing a part April 27, 2023 Reviewer: Sean Henry from Oklahoma City, OK United States   I received my motors ordered but one motor was missing a part. I did speak to a representative who was very helpful in getting the motor returned although I was sent parts to a motor rather than the motor replacement. I was then told that the motors I received came like that, which was not so because one out of the two was different from the other. There is definitely a lack of communication or inspection before shipping. Was this review helpful to you?
