I'm satisfied with the fast delivery and the pricing but!! According to a friend who was in the "shades" business for many years and just quit a short time ago, it never happened to him when ordering Simu motors that they came blank, no screws no idler nothing. He told me that you guys must be taking them out of the box and sell them as extra parts???
