4 of 5 Mistake on Shipment November 3, 2024

Hello, I sent this message last week to the [email protected] website but got no response yet...

We received the shipment yesterday 8/14 and opened the box this morning.  We were sent 2 motors instead of just one as we had ordered.  The packing list also says 2, but my confirmation shows only 1.

Please confirm that I was only charged for 1, and give instructions on how to return the other one...hopefully with a return label also.  Thanks,
