Recent purchase and installation on new tilt motor on my blind was easy and quick.  Web site was easy to navigate and showed photos of motor, adapter and mounting brackets that were required.

The motor they shipped was fine, but I had to order a shaft adaptor - without these adaptors the motor can’t turn the shaft on the tilt rod - additional cost for the adaptor was less than $4.00, but I had to pay for shipping which was $10.00 - it’s a little frustrating
