FAS’s representative Doug was very knowledgeable and efficient. Also the FSA Library and tutorials was an excellent guide in replacing the motor given I had no previous experience.
Timelines in receiving the replacement motor was as anticipated given it was being shipped from Florida to Hawai’i Island.
All included was a good experience considering the motor was received and installed in one day and operating correctly.
Many thanks to FSA for helping to correct our problem.
