Motor took much longer than expected! However mail primarily reason but was told they would send byFEDEX. -did not happen!

Mary Anne talked me through the re-manufacture of the bracket before installation into the track. Then rebooting the software to make it start and stop at the right place. I wish there were a million more people here in this world like her. What a better place this would be. You have a real gem there.

Left in the cold by Graber, they no longer carry battery replacement for 9 year old vertical blind. Found you guys and problem solved. The associate who I dealt with was extremely helpful. That’s why those words are in the subject! Thanks
