1002422 Somfy CL32 Cord Lift RTS Wirefree 12v DC Motor

Honeycomb Cellular Shade Motor

The Somfy CT32 RTS Motor is used for Honeycomb-Cellular, Pleated, and Roman shade applications. The 100% self-contained motor (no electric wiring) with integral radio control. WireFree 12 Volt Motor is powered by a battery and requires no wiring. Compatible with full RTS range of products which allows for individual control or group control of motorized window coverings. Interfaces are available to allow for integration with 3rd party automation systems. The optional plug-in transformer is available. Advanced electronic limit stops allow for programming a favorite or preferred shade position. Easy installation with standard manufacturer hardware. The motor is completely concealed within the headrail and doesn't affect the aesthetic appeal of the room design. BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED.

Although the customer service was great throughout the ordering process, the product was not compatible with our shades. I'll be returning them.

4 of 5 Shade Motor Replacement February 22, 2024

Florida Automated Shades was responsive and got the correct product to me in a VERY reasonable time.  When I had a question about the version number of the motor, I called and spoke with someone immediately who was knowledgeable and informative.  Top marks.  The only issue I have is when ordering the motor, the mounts do not accompany the motor.  The mounts are plastic and not very pliable, so they are difficult to dismount from the old motor and attach to the new motor without breaking them.  Overall, FAS provided great service and the advertised product in a very timely fashion.

I placed a phone call; it was answered with a lady who was more than helpful in selling me the motor i needed for replacement in my Bali blind. She knew what color motor i had and what the direct replacement should be.  She was very helpful in answering my questions regarding compatibility with my remote.  A blind sales company quoted my $ 13,000 to replace the blind.  I repaired it for $ 210.00.  Thank you
