This motor is specially dedicated to interior applications. Can motorize roller blinds, silhouette blinds and roman shades. Battery operated motor, powered with lithium primary batteries or NiMH batteries with solar pack. The motor can also be powered by a power supply. WireFree Somfy R28 RTS 12v DC Shade Motor is a perfect solution for hard to reach window coverings. The R28 is designed to be used with roller shades, Sheer Shades, Sheer Horizontals, Roman and Wood Woven Shades.The Somfy R28 Motor is a direct replacement for the Somfy LT30 motor. The R28 RTS shade motors are commonly configured for use with Rollease, Hunter Douglas, Comfortex and other shades and blind manufactures. Power options are 12V DC Battery wands or 12V DC Plug-in power transformer.

Couldn't find rhe rt 28 somfy motor in sao paulo anymore, so I had it shipped to Brazil from Florida Automated shade. Everything went just fine!!!

I received my motors ordered but one motor was missing a part. I did speak to a representative who was very helpful in getting the motor returned although I was sent parts to a motor rather than the motor replacement. I was then told that the motors I received came like that, which was not so because one out of the two was different from the other. There is definitely a lack of communication or inspection before shipping.

I bought a Bali motorized shade from Lowe’s about 5years ago and it died recently. The people at Lowe’s were completely useless in helping find a replacement or if it could even be replaced. The Florida Automated Shade website was very helpful and I was able to order parts and have them shipped across the country in a few days! Would highly recommend!!!
