The Somfy 506S2 Altus RTS Motor is designed to motorize all types of Interior - Exterior Solar Shades, Retractable Insect Screens, Roller Shades, and Blackout Shades, Media Screens, Woven Woods Shades, featuring Somfy's patented antenna that is integrated into the power cord for enhanced reception. Interchangeable power cords provide multiple power cord lengths to meet installation demand. The Somfy LT50 RTS Motor can be fitted with the SIMU-Hz or Somfy RTS wireless technology and easily integrates with third-party control systems.

I placed an order on March 31.  I was sent a shipping tracking number.  I clicked on the link and the item was delivered to some other address (not mine).  I have followed up with 4 calls to the Customer Service number and 2 emails.  No response to any of my requests for help.  Don't order from this company.  Terrible customer service and must request refund from credit card company.
