How do I return an item?
Return and Refund Policy
All Somfy products returned to Florida Automated Shade Inc. will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Eligible refunds will be processed based on the method of the original payment: products that leave the United States are not eligible for return.
Thirty-day return policy for all Somfy Parts, shipping charges are not reimbursed. Contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The issuance of the RMA is subject to the following conditions:
1 You must have a copy of your original purchase receipt.
2. The product must be returned to the designated returns facility within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.
3. The product must be packed in the original unopened package/unmarked packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.
4. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item and any loss or damage to the product during shipping. We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
5. Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date the RMA is received in our returns facility to be processed on your credit card.
