All logos and copyrights and trademarks are reserved by and are property of Somfy Systems Inc. Florida Automated Shade as Authorized Somfy Dealer trades exclusively Somfy products. Florida Automated Shade is an Authorized Somfy Dealer and Somfy Expert certified. This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Florida Automated Shade and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Florida Automated Shade believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Florida Automated Shade.
Shipping & Delivery
Florida Automated Shade ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Orders can take up to 48 hours processing before they get shipped (Or more during COVID19).
Florida Automated Shade charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the Florida State sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Somfy warrants their motors to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal Somfy warrants their motors to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of five years starting from the date stamped on the motor. Drapery motors, mechanical, electrical and electronic accessories (excluding batteries) are warranted for one year from the date of invoice. The following are excluded from warranty: Installation is not in accordance with operating and installation instructions. When the product has been opened dismantled or returned with evidence of abuse or other damage. Somfy written specifications are not properly applied by the buyer when selecting the equipment. If Somfy, written instructions for installation and wiring of electrical connections have not been followed. All costs related to installation and reinstallation of Somfy equipment covered by this warranty are not the responsibility of Somfy or Florida Automated Shade.
All Somfy products returned to Florida Automated Shade Inc. will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
Custom ordered window treatments are nonrefundable and we will repair or replaced due to manufacturer defect. If you detect a problem within 30 days of receiving your goods, please contact Customer Service immediately: info@Flautomatedshade.com
Return and Refund Policy
All Somfy products returned to Florida Automated Shade Inc. will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Eligible refunds will be processed based on the method of the original payment.
Thirty-day return policy for all Somfy Parts, Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Contact Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The issuance of the RMA is subject to the following conditions:
1 You must have a copy of your original purchase receipt.
2. The product must be returned to the designated returns facility within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.
3. The product must be packed in the original unopened package/unmarked packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.
4. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item and any loss or damage to the product during shipping. We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
5. Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date the RMA is received in our returns facility to be processed on your credit card.
