With the Eolis 3D WireFree RTS sensor, Somfy has launched the first wireless, intuitive, battery powered wind sensor. Somfy has developed an exclusive, patented technology to protect awnings against the wind: the sensor not only detects horizontal and vertical movements of the awning, but also lateral ones. As soon as the preset threshold is exceeded, the sensor automatically retracts the awning. Replaced existing wind sensor with above product and with expert help from Mary Ann @ Customer Service, programmed new sensor to the motor's memory, after deleting old wind sensor from motor's memory.  Awning does not retract every 20 minutes now, and is operating fine.  Thank you again, Mary Ann.
