I called looking for help diagnosing an issue with a roller shade and Somfy motor. The gentleman I spoke with asked a few questions, and then pointed me to a $20 part. I would have never figured that out on my own. I was thinking the $400 motor needed to be replaced. It indeed was the $20 drive. I will be back when I need to replace more of these and eventually the motor!

Just what I needed

Didn't hear back from customer service on how to confirm which crown and drive set I needed so I took a chance on the one I thought would work and it did. Pricey shipping for the small item but I guess it's a flat fee for everyone. Will definitely use them again should the need arrise.
