Wrong part shipped to me and no responsee to my first two queries, but after a third, the staff sent me a mailing label to return the wrong part and they would ship out the correct part in the next day or two. Let's hope so. Once I finally got hold of them (Mary Ann and Doug) they were very pleasant and helpful.

I did get a remote that works but I also already have an awning that uses a Somfy remote. It would have been nice if I could have the choice to have a combination remote.
