The Somfy Dry Contact Switch is used to control a Somfy DCT motor with simplified open, close, and stop commands with dry contact capabilities, Works Smfy ST30 DCT Motor, Glydea DCT 35 Ultra, Glydea DCT 60 Ultra and Irismo 35 Mini DCT Drapery Motor. Sonesse ST30 DCT Wall Switch will control up to 5 motors.

The problem was not customer service. It seems to have been that you had one switch in inventory and another still to be ordered from somfy. On line there was no indication that one switch would have to be ordered from the company. Being in New York City in the beginnings of the Corona Crisis didn't help matters.
But online I needed to be alerted to the fact before I ordered. Both people I talked with at FAS were very helpful but that was the glitch in the system. Customer service was what would make me order from you again. It was first rate.
