I had ordered products for our hotel shades. FAS is great because they literally have EVERYTHING for our Sonesse shade systems. There are no hoops to jump through like other direct-to-consumer sites. I will always use FAS!

The product worked as described, however, shipping was $15 for local delivery! the package came from Ft. Lauderdale to Delray Beach! it could have been shipped with USPS standard shipping with tracking for just $3.75
