I have emailed and attempted to call 3x. You sent me 1 remote instead of two and charged me an insane shipping charge with a "tariff fee"; the item's weigh less than a quarter of a pound. Not to mention, no directions on how to install the new remotes on my current system. I still need you to call me to fix the issue or I will stop payment.
