Order delays and no delivery date included. My first order took over ten days to arrive and it was that quick because I had called to check on the status and found out there was a problem wit the order with the manufacturer. Website issues as well with products.

Motor arrived promptly. Only problem we found during installation was that we needed some additional parts which the contact person said if we were replacing an existing motor we did not need. WRONG! Since our existing motor was so old the design had changed and we did need an additional part. Ordered that part, which arrived the next day and all was well. Motor works great!
