Motor powered bed.

I have an RV that has a bed that goes into the ceiling during the day and comes down for sleeping. After 20 something years the Somfy motor broke. I called FAS and talked to Maryann to make sure I got the right stuff like the 2" Hard Clip to go with the motor. I got the motor and the clip and installed into the bed and now have a working system. It is quiet and smooth. Great motor and great customer support.

Received promptly. Installed motor and reassembled shutter. Motor will not run. Had to go out of town on business before I could completely troubleshoot. Will check further. Only problem seen is is switch only has 80 volts between terminals instead of 120. Voltage source to switch has 120.

Still haven’t received order placed 2 weeks ago!

I placed the order on 4/17, paid for it, and still haven’t received it. Apparently, there was a mixup with the shipping address. They corrected the address and the motor arrived very quickly.
