I required replacement parts for my somfy motorized awning. No one seemed to want to assist me, outside of buy everything or nothing demeanor. I contacted Florida Automated Shades after reading the many customer service reviews on line. Not only were they eagar to assist. I received returned calls same morning. I was able to order the parts I thought I needed but with guided assistance I also got the parts I didn't know I needed as well. Salvation and grace are two words that immediately come to mind with the staff of F.A.S. i am grateful. Parts arrived in 3 days. Also unexpected. I highly recommend F.A.S. for your awning needs.
