Good but some difficulties April 14, 2026 Reviewer: Ray Stribling from Canyon Lake, CA United States   The new motor works, finally. The motor does not come with the mounting brackets, removing to old ones without breaking them was very difficult. There are no programming instructions! Programming the new motor was very difficult and I took hours trying to follow several youtube videos. It is still not right as I can't get it to respond to the group program, only the individual program. Was this review helpful to you?

Motor delivery February 22, 2026 Reviewer: Robert Hall from Sevierville, TN United States   Motors were received in a timely manner and worked well. However, I ordered them to be shipped by Fedex but they came via USPS which caused big problems due to my mail being forwarded. Somfy CL32 Cord Lift RTS May 9, 2025 Reviewer: Dennis Erickson from Crescent Lake, OR United States   Somfy CL32 Cord Lift RTS Wirefree 12v DC Motor 1002422 Mary Anne talked me through the re-manufacture  of the bracket before installation into the  track. Then rebooting the software to make it start and stop at the right place. I wish there were a million more people here in this world like her. What a better place this would be. Shade Motor Replacement February 22, 2024 Reviewer: Scott Mace from Bonners Ferry, ID United States   Florida Automated Shades was responsive and got the correct product to me in a VERY reasonable time.  When I had a question about the version number of the motor, I called and spoke with someone immediately who was knowledgeable and informative.  Top marks.  The only issue I have is when ordering the motor, the mounts do not accompany the motor.  The mounts are plastic and not very pliable, so they are difficult to dismount from the old motor and attach to the new motor without breaking them.  Overall, FAS provided great service and the advertised product in a very timely fashion.
