Defective switch. August 24, 2021 Reviewer: harriett rumble from Las Vegas, NV United States   Sorry it took so long to answer your inquiry. I had to wait for the electrician to put the item in.  The box number on the box says 5667-2w. The rocker does not click so I have to hold it manual.  I think it must be defective because I have not have trouble before.  This has cost me $36, how can you resolve my problem. Good service as expected June 9, 2019 Reviewer: Wolf Pech from CAPE CORAL, FL United States   Got three paddle switches at a reasonable price and in a good timely manner.
