Delighted with new remote! September 2, 2021 Reviewer: Maryne Bentley from Dundee, MI United States   We purchased a home last winter with a nice retractable awning. As summer approached, we began to use the awning and accidentally left the remote outside in the rain.  When I called Maryann, she sent me the link to order a replacement remote, and then she helped me link the new remote to the existing awning once it arrived. Help with awning lockup and new remote July 5, 2021 Reviewer: Daryl BOUDREAUX from Philadelphia, PA United States   Kudos to Mary Ann. When having trouble, I came across FAS because my awning has a Somfy motor. Mary Ann was extraordinarily helpful. She helped me get the awning functioning again. Then I realized my old remote was failing and got her advice on a new one, and her help in synching the new remote with my older awning. Purchased Somfy Remote, single signal June 29, 2021 Reviewer: JMac from Mooresville, NCUnited States   Called my awning installer in NC and was quoted around $300 for this unit replacement.  Found FAS online for around $50,  ordered received in 2 days, no problem, no hassle. Somfy telis remote replacement June 29, 2021 Reviewer: Steve Brangs from Newark, DE United States   Every associate I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful.  Saved over $200 dollars not having to pay for service call by American Awning.  Directions were simply and easy.  For once it was a pleasure to deal with a customer service dept  that was quick and efficient Was this review helpful to you?
