Young Residence - RTS Multi-Channel Remotes August 8, 2019 Reviewer: H. Delaney Young Jr from San Diego, CA United States   Product arrived as scheduled.  Installed by Shade vendor two days later. One of the two single sealed replacement battery wands was defective and began getting "warm-to-hot" at one end.  Disposed of wang locally rather than chance returning for credit/refund.  Fortunately Shade Vendor had several battery wands as was able to complete the installation. Next time will order the reloadable wands. Regards. Both RTS Multi-Channel Remotes worked well. Was this review helpful to you?
