Shipping a scam April 11, 2024 Reviewer: Pat Hoi from HEDGESVILLE, WV United States   They offered only one shipping choice, a "two day express mail" for $11.75." I thought it was expensive for my little remote but purchased it due to the two day guarantee. It arrived 5 days later. When I called to complain they said they were "not responsible" for the mail and refused a credit. .My order shipped the next day Feb 29 usps and arrived monday March 4. I thought there was a 2 day guarantee but I was wrong. Was this review helpful to you?

Communication Lacking October 9, 2022 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Delta, BC Canada   I must admit I wondered if I'd ever see the remote we ordered. After waiting for shipment confirmation, I got a call back ( a few days after I emailed) and was told they'd check - but never heard anything back. Replacement Remote August 14, 2020 Reviewer: Gary Osuch from Savannah, GA United States   My shades are 10 years old and the remote died. I contacted FL Auto Shade for a replacement..expecting it would not solve the problem. Works perfectly!   Fast shipment. Great communication. I'm trying out their rechargeable wand next! Good Remote - Corroded Batteries September 16, 2019 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Seneca, IL United States   Ordered an IR remote to work with the screen in my school's library.  Remote was received in a timely matter but came with corroded batteries.  No big deal because we have spares but not great to receive the batteries like that. Exactly as described!
