Poor design June 14, 2026 Reviewer: Mary Williams from Cincinnati, OH United States   We thought this would save time when charging our blinds. However it has the same issue as the original cord. I purchased a set of connectors March 22, 2026 Reviewer: Roger from Palo Alto, CA United States   When I ordered them I mistakenly checked “store pickup”. As that would have required a 3000 mile trip, I emailed FAS and asked if they would send me a link to pay for shipping. They immediately responded “no problem.  We will ship them express by USPS and we will cover the cost.” That was so nice and my package arrived a few days later. Charging Cable arrived fast June 22, 2023 Reviewer: Paul Harding from Wilton Manors, FL United States   I had problems with our installer not responding to my calls.
