Battery and chargers December 28, 2022 Reviewer: Lori Cresey from Edmonton, AB Canada   Hi.  This was a gift for our son and his wife.  The batteries work well. However we ordered a charger and extension cord for each of the six batteries which we found out was unnecessary.   At most two would have been sufficient. Also three of the chargers have the wrong connecting end so they are not functional whatsoever with the batteries.  Please contact us on how we can return and get a refund for these. Incomplete order - not fulfilled even after June 20, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from San Jose, CA United States   The charger that was ordered along with the battery pack was not delivered - even after calling customer service and sending email.
