Somfy Replacement Wind Sensor August 5, 2025 Reviewer: Ernest Beauchesne from Burlington, NC United States   Received our replacement wind sensor on 8-4-25.  It was neatly packaged and delivered via USPS priority mail.  It was ordered on July 24 and we paid extra for delivery by priority mail. My issues are what took it so long to be delivered and the fact that I never received any notification that the item was shipped.  I attempted to contact sellers only to find out that they were closed on weekends.  I think better communication is needed to achieve customer satisfaction and more efficient delivery availability. Still waiting for part to arrive April 11, 2024 Reviewer: noel williams from Enfield, NS Canada   Still waiting for my order to arrive its been a very long time and the charge on my credit card has long since been paid.
