Great Company May 22, 2021 Reviewer: Terry Burkholder from Reading , PA United States   We purchased a motorized roller shade 6 years ago from a big box store, big mistake. When the shade failed we went back to the store only to be told they never carried that shade even though I had the receipt in hand. After searching around locally and on line, we found FAS (Florida Automated Shade). We called them and explained the problem. A very nice woman gave us tips that may solve the problem, but in the end we needed a new motor. We purchased the motor from FAS, received it very quickly along with tips for installation.
