Reset Switch Worked just fine December 22, 2019 Reviewer: Tyson from Colorado   FAS did a fine job sending the part, short delay due to back order, but that was no problem.  Once it arrived I followed the online instructions on how to reset the motor with this switch, then I re-hung the shade, set the limits, and all is well. CT 32-RT Programming Reset Tool 9013291 December 14, 2019 Reviewer: Peer Voss from Louisville, KY United States   First of all, the delivery was on time and the tool was not damaged. You delivered as promised. BUT I learned, after I bought the tool, that my blind motors have the new reset button reachable with an office clip. The motors have no connection for the tool. So I have the tool as a memory for a wrong decision on my desk. Unless you would be willing to take it back :-) Was this review helpful to you?

CT32 Motor Reset Tool October 3, 2019 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Huntington Beach, CA United States   Order shipped on time and arrived as promised. It worked and did the job. Completely satisfied with Florida Automated Shade. However, shame on Somfy. A consumer product should be designed with more ergonomics in mind and should not require a special tool to reset and reprogram. Was this review helpful to you?
