Great resource for Somfy needs September 7, 2019 Reviewer: Mac from Estes Park, CO United States   I just had a great experience with Florida Automated Shade. Automated shade in my home June 19, 2019 Reviewer: Greg Gullo from West Linn, OR United States   The service from Florida automated shade with  purchasing the battery referenced above, was good.  Order process was straightforward.   Delivery occurred in the expected timeframe.  I can't adequately evaluate the product.  I purchased a replacement battery because my shade would not work.   I installed a replacement battery and the shade still does not work.  Therefore  I don't know if the product as good or not.  I could use some help in troubleshooting my automated shade from Somfy.
