I contacted Somfy who helped me trouble shoot the motor. They referred me to their list of distributors. I called to the first distributor on the list to order the motor. The person I spoke with was somewhat cold and abrupt and he asked me to order online, which I did. I received the motor in a couple of days. I had to search installation and programming videos on YouTube. I couldn’t find any for a blinds tilt motor but there were plenty on raise and lower blinds and they program similarly. It took some fact chasing, but it works well.

Somfy Replacement Motorized Blinds Motor

Old motor broke after five and a half years. Ordered replacement which arrived promptly. I installed it and reset the limits within minutes. It was very easy with all the information available on the internet to reset the controls.
