They offered only one shipping choice, a "two day express mail" for $11.75." I thought it was expensive for my little remote but purchased it due to the two day guarantee. It arrived 5 days later. When I called to complain they said they were "not responsible" for the mail and refused a credit. .My order shipped the next day Feb 29 usps and arrived monday March 4. I thought there was a 2 day guarantee but I was wrong.

I must admit I wondered if I'd ever see the remote we ordered. After waiting for shipment confirmation, I got a call back ( a few days after I emailed) and was told they'd check - but never heard anything back.
It finally arrived yesterday ... with 2 extremely corroded batteries. Will see if it works today.

The new batteries that came with the remote did not work. I replaced the batteries and then the remote worked fine.
