Purchased some momentary switches that worked well in my application. There was a slight delay in the shipping, but once I called customer service, they handled it swiftly and got me the items in a timely manner

Defective switch.

Sorry it took so long to answer your inquiry. I had to wait for the electrician to put the item in. The box number on the box says 5667-2w. The rocker does not click so I have to hold it manual. I think it must be defective because I have not have trouble before. This has cost me $36, how can you resolve my problem. Thanks so much
