The new motor works, finally. The motor does not come with the mounting brackets, removing to old ones without breaking them was very difficult. There are no programming instructions! Programming the new motor was very difficult and I took hours trying to follow several youtube videos. It is still not right as I can't get it to respond to the group program, only the individual program.

Motors were received in a timely manner and worked well. However, I ordered them to be shipped by Fedex but they came via USPS which caused big problems due to my mail being forwarded. I think you were dishonest in the shipping system communication

need to send information on how to install and connect wires .. mark the opening for the reset button..show pictures with instructiions I’m not a professional ..first motor lasted 14 year

Motor took much longer than expected! However mail primarily reason but was told they would send byFEDEX. -did not happen!
