This is such a great company to deal with! I've had the shades for 15 years and they still work well. Anything I've needed is shipped quickly. Love the switch from having to replace 8 batteries to the simplr re-charge. T

Hi.  This was a gift for our son and his wife.  The batteries work well.

However we ordered a charger and extension cord for each of the six batteries which we found out was unnecessary.   At most two would have been sufficient. Also three of the chargers have the wrong connecting end so they are not functional whatsoever with the batteries.  Please contact us on how we can return and get a refund for these.
