All Good May 23, 2023 Reviewer: Rae   Very good service in a timely fashion from FAS.  The tool worked great for one blind that needed re-connecting to the controller.  I think the other blind may have another issue.  Not the fault of this little Reset Tool. Was this review helpful to you?

Spare parts May 29, 2022 Reviewer: Ernest Edwards from Boca Raton, FL United States   FAS were terrific in their service as well as inventory. They had what I needed and shipped same day I ordered. My only grip is the cost of shipping. I live in the same town and twice it cost more than $10 to ship me some wires to me. Was this review helpful to you?

Quick service for an obscure part May 29, 2021 Reviewer: Gary H. from ,   I was in need of a reset tool for motorized blinds that have been out of production for eight years.  Much to my surprise, FAS had the reset tool in stock.  Delivery was quick and my blinds are functioning again. Shipping Overcharge July 11, 2020 Reviewer: John Wright from Downingtown, PA United States   I ordered a small part that cost $14.50. Although I was happy they had the part, I was shocked that the cheapest shipping cost was $15; other options much more. This part easily fit into a regular small envelope so I have no idea why the $15 charge. I suspect that it actually costs them much less for shipping so this was just another way of getting more profit. Not happy about the overcharge. Was this review helpful to you?

Did the job July 10, 2020 Reviewer: Thomas ODonnell from MORGANTOWN, WV United States   To change batteries on my particular Somfy shades, you have to have this little gizmo with a few wires and a button that you plug into the shade and it works again.  Why you have to have this silly external thing with two wires to get the engine going after a battery stage is, to me, a tribute to terrible design  I found out NONE of the other Somfy roller engines need a gizmo like this.  It was a pain to find and order.  But, yes, it worked.
