24 hours to create a label and then they wait 4 days to give it to USPS. and then of course USPS delays too.

Replacement Roller Shade Motor

I bought a Bali motorized shade from Lowe’s about 5years ago and it died recently. The people at Lowe’s were completely useless in helping find a replacement or if it could even be replaced. The Florida Automated Shade website was very helpful and I was able to order parts and have them shipped across the country in a few days! Would highly recommend!!!

Terrific Company for Somfy Parts

This is a great resource for Somfy motors and parts. Doug, the owner, is very knowledgeable about replacement parts for old motors that have been discontinued. I have used them on four different occasions to replace four Somfy motors that had failed, very helpful!

Couldn't find rhe rt 28 somfy motor in sao paulo anymore, so I had it shipped to Brazil from Florida Automated shade. Everything went just fine!!!
